My new journey began with the HeidelbergCement Group's Ladik Cement Plant in TURKEY, in the role of 'Maintenance Planning Chief'. In Ladik, I successfully rolled out the Maintenance Management System (known as MIP: Maintenance Improvement Project within the Group), within a span of one year. This achievement allowed Ladik Plant to garner the highest MIP compliance score of 72% among all HeidelbergCement Group Plants during the initial official audit conducted by HTC. This achievement caught the attention of the Head Office in Germany. By April 2013, I had assumed the role of 'Head of Maintenance Control Centre' at the Group’s Cement Plant in TANZANIA. Following a comprehensive overhaul of the existing Maintenance Management methodologies, both equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency observed significant improvements. This strategy overhaul led to a substantial reduction in maintenance costs, dropping from 17 million USD to 9 million USD over a span of four years. In October 2017, I transferred to the Padeswood Cement Plant in the UNITED KINGDOM, a key move facilitated by my exemplary performance in Tanzania. February 2020 marked my shift to the UK Central Team, subsequent to a successful tenure at the Padeswood Plant where I facilitated MIP implementation, achieving a compliance score of 76%. This role enabled me to lend my expertise and provide support to all three of the Cement Plants and REGEN across the UK.

I embarked on a significant professional journey with the renowned Italcementi Group. My career began as a Safety Engineer, where I was entrusted with the critical role of ensuring a secure and hazard-free work environment. With an unwavering commitment to safety protocols, I honed my skills in identifying potential risks and implementing preventative strategies. As I ascended through the ranks, my responsibilities shifted towards a more strategic role as a Planning Engineer. In this capacity, I developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricate processes involved in maintaining the operational integrity of heavy machinery. My responsibilities expanded to include the management of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs, which played a pivotal role in minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity. A key aspect of my role was overseeing machinery lubrication, a task which demanded meticulous attention to detail and an in-depth knowledge of equipment requirements. Crafting and preparing the lubrication plan became one of my specializations, ensuring optimal machinery performance through precise maintenance schedules and techniques. Throughout my tenure at Italcementi Group, my experience grew exponentially, allowing me to acquire a robust set of skills in maintenance management, process optimization, and strategic planning. These skills have been instrumental in the establishment and growth of my own company
